Our House in Brittany, France

Since we saw the house in May in 2005, we have spent a lot of time, effort and cash to make the house into our home. The beauty is that the location, and therefore the views have never changed. So despite all the work and heartache: you look out a window and see a view of the sea that has never existed before and will never exist again. The first picture is the one we took as we approached the house for the very first time : and today after the renovation: it remains largely the same as you can see from the picture taken in August 2009. The house is located in Pleubian on the North Brittany Coast in an area called the Presqu'ile Sauvage (literally the Wild Peninsula) overlooking the Bay of Kermagen. |
